We are committed to contribute the social and natural environment, both in those communities close to our vineyards and wineries, as well as in the most remote areas along the Chilean territory.
In March 2017 we inaugurated a new renewable energy project, consisting of the installation of solar panels and pumps inside a school in the town of Lo Figueroa, in Maule Valley.
Thanks to this initiative, now the school has hot water in its facilities, and considerably lower electric energy costs, benefiting more than 200 students, teachers and parents.
Director of Santa Laura School of Lo Figueroa.
“This advance will change our lives positively, which is very significant for us. We’re very grateful to Viña Palo Alto for having contributed with us in this way, it’s something admirable”.

"With this initiative we hope to contribute in a concrete way to the community and the environment of this area of the Maule Valley and we’ll be happy to analyze new proposals to support this area, which is so close to us”.
President of Viña Concha y Toro.
"We are moved by our concern for society, because the company cares about its people, the families, and many of the children who are studying here are the children of our workers. The better the children are, the better their education and future will be".
Municipal administrator of Pencahue.
"For us, Viña Concha y Toro is a strategic partner and a tremendous contribution to the community of Pencahue. As a company they’ve been very generous with us, and it’s a significant contribution of Viña Palo Alto to education. It's not just economic aid, it's also a help for the environment".
